Afternoon all, I don't think I posted yesterday. We've had lots of heavy rain for the past few days, hope it stops for when I have to walk up the long path to school for DGS later. We have a match later so he is staying at Ds tonight instead of tomorrow, it's a bit late for a school night but he seems to get up ok.I had a rude awakening when Dh opened a cupboard in the kitchen and found the water pipe had come off. He was fiddling about on Sunday because the sink wasn't emptying very well and he got the plunger out so suspect he dislodged it. He had to get off to work so muggins was mopping up for ages,& clearing the cupboard. Anyway all done now!Did some mince in the electric pressure cooker, was going to do shepherds pie but realised there are l.o.roasties so just need to do a bit of veg. Also got a loaf in the bm which I should be able to take out at teatime before we go out to football. Need to check my Oc..o order for 1st thing tomorrow as I left some things off.RR poor Rob it's a worry isn't it.TA glad you're out and about again. Taff was off to Italy I think but that seems to have been a while now, hope she's ok.Better go, take care all x:heartsmil 'A woman is like a teabag: You never know her strength until you drop her in hot water'. It's a lovely city, isn't it - my DD has lived there for a couple of years now. She is a designer at Puma, not far from the city. There are so many lovely little towns and villages not far away too....it's a beautiful area to visit.7 -
