British Gas, “we may owe you money.please call us
Had a letter today from British Gas, asking me to phone them as they could owe me money!
I left them over 6 months ago and settled up before leaving.
could the letter just be to get me to phone them and they’ll try to get me back with them, or is it genuine! Any ideas?

Ring them using the number listed on their website and ask them, rather than the number on the letter.3
