Hi I have had an issue with indigo Michael and my credit report showing an increase in credit to 3.5k I don't know anything about this and need to know how to sort it...I am working so hard to get my credit score up and this is going to destroy my hard work ... please can you advise on what I need to do.  I can see other people are experiencing the same issues with this company

It won't destroy any hard work. Your score is fictional and should be ignored.

If the limit reported is incorrect, then ask for it be corrected. If it's correct, you can ask them to lower it 

But it's probably a positive that it's increased. Very low credit limits aren't a good look.

Hi, I recently posted about the same issue, mine jumped from a £132 limit to £3300, but the account is showing as closed on my credit file... the company is in administration. Very confusing.

Hi again, it's not just us, put in indigo michael into Google, there's a Reddit conversation about it - some have had increases showing over £20k 😳😱

Hopefully it will get sorted soon.

Hi how do we go about getting these removed? I guess it's just limit and not owing which is the main thing. I have £14k on indigo Micheal and another for them for £540. Do we just raise a question via credit report? Has Martin Lewis given advice on this anywhere
