With my Lyca contract there are few minutes UK and International but there is no credit for charged calls. In other words an 0845 number would need credit in my Lyca account. Now if there is a charge attached to the Smile 0345 that 'might' explain it, expect the message is 'you have dialled and incorrect number' doesn't support that logic.0
