Hi All,
Thank you so much for all the effort you put in here to support the communities. I have been following you guys for year and I have a case of my own and I have been following everything to the T.
My court case it today (nervous) In County court at Willesden North West London. The issue that I'm having right now is that, the court sent me an email last week advising that it will be a virtual hearing online, that I should email them back with the preferred email to send the invite. However I have not received anything after emailing them many many times. I even tried to call them.
Has anyone encountered this before, what should I do in this case. I do not want to miss the hearing and loose the case
.
Thanks,

Hey All,
After multiple emails, they called me and asking if I was ready for the hearing an hour before the giving time
.
I met with the judge she was great, but surprisingly she did not have my witness statement. After explaining the main gist and the harassment from Gladstone solicitors. She was kindly to dismiss the claim.
I wanted to thank you all for all the support and the info you have provided, I donno what I would have done without you guys.
Keep it up
