I opened an account 30/08/23 then gave notice to close the account 02/09/23.
I was expecting the account to pay monthly interest into my nominated bank account but this has not happened. Instead the interest has remained in the Oxbury account.
My previous short notice account with Investec paid monthly interest into the nominated account and I was expecting the same from Oxbury but I admit I did not read all the details.
Not a big problem but was just wondering how things work at Oxbury.
