We have just received a POFA from Britannia he pulled over to collect a friend he was meeting and didn't even get out the car was there about 12 mins, it was dark and didn't even think he would have to pay in an empty car park when picking someone up as you cannot pullover on the main road and was the only place to pullover. and now want £1001

Okay guys, i am a bit late to respond to this letter, but I have all day today. I have received this letter. Is this and LBC or a real Letter of Claim. If it is a LBC, how do I respond to them, given the only option they have provided without paying is to use the Reply Form and complete the financial statement

Just use the LBC email response in the NEWBIES thread (but don't copy & paste it here please; we don't need to check it).
You know from the sticky thread not to use the forms.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Where can I find the appropriate email address to send this letter to? I’m super eager to be able to add to the list of ‘DCBLegal cancellations’ thread (it has given me even more hope!).

is it still possible that a CCJ will be issued without further noticeNo, of course not! A CCJ is not the same thing as a claim form.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Okay, so just to be clear from my readings, not responding to the reply form ‘may result in court proceedings against’ me. Is this what I want to happen? Do I not just fill out the details and state that I am disputing the claim?

Why?
The form isn't some magic thing that is any different than an email that clearly says you are disputing it. DO NOT FILL IN FORMS.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

In this case, after sending the email stating that I intend to dispute the claim, do I just wait on a Claim Form (which is the indicator of court proceedings beginning, I am assuming)?0
