Ditching Sky TV and purchasing a Freesat box (with recorder)in the Black Friday sales. Will we be able to record Netflix into the Freesat box ?

    Netflix is delivered over broadband.

    You can download shows but not I fear onto that box


    Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid

    No, they are two separate technologies.

    Not long before everything does, they've just announced Freely which is basically the Freesat/Freeview replacement for when TV antennas and satellite dishes get discontinued.

    Edit: when I say not long, the timeframe is from 2030 although I can't see that happening.

    Why'd you need to record Netflix? Its available on demand.
