Britannia Parking

My appeal is now with POPLA. Simply the 67 days Britannia took to reply to my appeal seems excessive! Is this over the limit?
also they sent me the rejection saying my appeal was wrote 3 weeks NOT 67 days ago so that’s fabricated!
finally the landowner signed document they sent me is wrong. I contacted the landowner and they gave the site up 5 years ago!
have I got hope here at popla do you think!

They sent you a Landowner authority before POPLA stage? Or do you mean you have got the POPLA evidence back, and are merely at 'POPLA Comments' stage as explained in the 3rd post of the NEWBIES thread?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I got all the evidence back from Britannia. Within is the landlord authority but when I spoke to them they haven’t had the site for 5 years so I would assume not proving me evidence of authority to issue a ticket is a bonus? Also 67 seems steep for Britannia to issue a finding and the appeal letter they sent me says I appealed on 31st August when it was in fact 22nd July. I think they falsified that to claim they only took 4 weeks and not 67 days!

And you've now put this in your final comments to POPLA?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have the opportunity today to reply to POPLA but they say I can appeal using what I didn’t put in the original appeal. Problem is I only got the info back after I appealed to POPLA0
