Parking appeal success

I used MSE tips and it saved me from paying a parking ticket needlessly.
I parked in a station carpark. The notice board stated daily tariff parking and encouraged using an app to pay. I normally used this app at another station carpark and there they have CCTV which automatically logs entry and exit times. So you can pay the parking at any time as long as it's within the daily tariff period.
Very handy as sometimes are running for the train.
Anyway I parked in this tube station carpark, ran for my train and then whipped out the app to pay. Unknowingly some eager beaver had already given me a ticket!
Not a nice sight on return. Thanks to MSE I was able to identify that it was a private firm, contact them, appeal and they dropped the charge, accepting that their signage wasn't specific.

Well done, but you are confusing ANPR with CCTV not the same thing at all.
