i had a large PPI payout from Santander
20,000 I cant find paperwork to fill in R40
I spoke to HMRC they were no help contacted Santander by email no reply. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Ultimately you will either need to find the paperwork or persuade Santander to provide the info again.
Without that you cannot complete the R40.0 -
