S75 is rarely used. In 15+ years I can count S75 cases on 1 hand I have had to deal with.
Non receipt is a straight chargeback, as I said all you need is the debit on your account (which you said was declined, so did it actually debit your account?)
You do not have to prove it arrived. That is down to the retailer.Life in the slow lane0 -

yep but unfortunatley amex have said they won't do chargeback because no docuemntation. the call handler advised me to do a section 75. ridiculous attitutde for a card i pay 250 a year for which im now going to cancel anyway.
