Worry - Safety Net / Indigo Michael in administration

Hi, not sure if anyone can help...
I opened an account with the above in 2019 with a very low credit limit. I didnt use their credit once, I didnt even follow up with their open banking system so it just sat there.

At some point my credit limit was reduced to just over £100 and I still hadn't used it.

Then in August 2022, they emailed to say they were closing my account due to inactivity. My account shows as closed on my credit file.

However, an email today from Clearscore saying my credit limit is increasing, I checked and it says Indigo Michael with a credit limit jump of over £3k.

BUT they went into administration in January this year.

And my account is closed.

What level of worried should I be?

I am in the same boat, check my report regularly. Don’t have any form of credit with them or owe anything yet indigo Michael has suddenly popped up on my credit report with with a credit limit of £21,000! When I looked into the company they are in administration and you can’t get through on their contact numbers no idea what the hell is happening.

@emma7993pink did you have any dealings with this company at all, ever?

There's reports on Reddit too, I'm thinking some sort of fat finger error has occurred and caused this.

Just had an alert in my ClearScore appear for £11500 credit limit from indigo Michael. A quick google shows that this is happening to a lot of people and that Indigo Michael is aware of the screw up and are working on setting it straight
