RAC Tyres promotional voucher not appearing.....

I spent £x on 4 tyres from RAC under a promotion whereby I would receive a £50 Amazon voucher within 30 days. 40 days later no voucher. I contacted RAC who said they would chase it up but now they will not reply to my emails. I complied with the terms and conditions.

My question is do I have a case to go through my credit card company for chargeback or Section 75 for breach of contract?

    Certain no chargeback, as you have not paid for the voucher.
    S75 I would guess at no as well.
    As these deals often have a cover all "While supplies last"

    Who was the company supplying the vouchers.

    This company....
    1. Promoter and Data Controller: Colewood Automotive, Colewood House, Building 1, Kingfisher Court, Bowesfield, Stockton on Tees, North Yorkshire, TS18 3EX.
    RAC still have the promotion on with the same promoter but this time selling Pirelli tyres in September. They change the tyre supplier month by month.
