Trying to Use Tax Free Child Care account to pay school for Breakfast Club

Hi,
I would be extremely grateful for advice here, to do with my tiny problem.
I have set up my TFCC account to pay my child minder, so I know I *can* do it!
My son's school offers a Breakfast Club that can be booked and paid for using its ScoPay system. However, I cannot find how to move money from the TFCC account to ScoPay. Has anyone else an idea on how to do this please? For now, I just keep paying manually, but I'm not able to use the 20% top up feature.
Many thanks
Nev

Ask the school? I don’t know what ScoPay is, but I assume it’s the online payment system your son’s school uses?
At our school, parents make the transfer in their TFC account then they have to send me an email to let me know. I then log into the school’s TFC account and ‘match’ the details (child’s reference number, amount and date). Once I have that confirmation I credit the child’s account on the parents online payment portal and they can then use the credit to book the Breakfast or After School club sessions they need. This process is detailed in our Wraparound Care Policy which parents access via the school’s website.
If parents don’t let me know when they’ve made a transfer, I have no way of knowing until I get the school’s bank statement at the end of the month as TFC don’t notify us when a payment is made.
Your son’s school might do something similar or something completely different, but asking them is probably the best way to find out.2.22kWp Solar PV system installed Oct 2010, Fronius IG20 Inverter, south facing (-5 deg), 30 degree pitch, no shadingEverything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the endMFW #4 OPs: 2018 £866.89, 2019 £1322.33, 2020 £1337.07

I can't make a transfer to the school in the TFC account, because they do not seem to exist in the TFC list. I've just had a nice lady return some money I paid to her but it wasn't the right club, so I was lucky there!
I feel like I'm missing something, and the school receptionist claimed not to know anything about it, and the email address more specific to the Breakfast Club has not been answered after 2 weeks.
A little frustrating to be honest.

Provided they are a registered and Approved childcare provider in the UK and registered with HMRC for payments they should be able to sign up to accept payment.
speak to the manager not the receptionist and go from there0 -

Thank you to you both, a bit of food for thought there.
I will try and email someone further up the scale, and ascertain what to do in the future.
All the best,
Cheers,
