But have you responded to the NTH? You must respond to confirm you were the hirer/lessee and you could add whatever your dispute with the PCN is, without implying who was driving. If you have already, that's fine.
The case must be firmly hooked in your direction and away from the lease firm for good. I guess you have, if you are getting Elms letters!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
