PCN appeal failed. What to do next?

I would really appreciate some help here. Ive followed the advice given about appealing my PCN and it has been rejected. I contested the charge as I parked in a dark car park with little visibility and didnt notice any signage that I shouldnt park there, for under 4 minutes to go into a shop for a drink after feeling unwell. It comes from NPE. They have said if I want to contest the decision then I need to send representations to The IAS where the reduced charge will no longer be offered. If the appeal is unsuccessful the charge will be passed to debt recovery agents. Any advice would be really welcome. Thanks.

Just ignore them.  This is clear in the NEWBIES thread.  You WANT stupid debt demands!

Come back if they try a small claim.  They have 6 years so if you move house, update NPE by email.

    That is all.

  • Im sorry if this is clear elsewhere but I've now had a letter from TNC Collections saying I cant appeal now and must pay the increased amount of £170.00. Should I still not pay it? Help please!

Of course they say that they are greedy wasters you were told that in the newbies thread.
You had a speculative invoice from a bunch of chancers you appealed and as predicted it was rejected.
It's now with so called debt collectors (but you don't actually have a debt) and their silly rules say you can't take it to the next appeal stage it's too late.
Just as well because the IAS is a kangaroo court anyway that would also reject it.
So to get to the point, you ignore sterile debt collectors as they can't do diddly squat.
Come back if you get real court papers and you will get help there if that happens as CM has already told you above.

It is clear in the 4th post of the NEWBIES FAQS thread.  Read that.

Haven't had to edit the advice about 'debt' crawler letters in years, because nothing has changed.
