• Competition opened at 12:00 (Midday) on 26.09.2023
• Competition closes at 12:00 (Midday) on 24.11.2023 and 3 working days later for postal entries

1) The prize comprises a three (3) night stay at Mill Spring Holiday Cottage, neighbouring Cannon Hall Farm for up to four (4) people including;

a) An allowance of £400 towards UK travel costs made payable to the winner in the form of a BACS transfer.

b) Three nights at Mill Spring Holiday Cottage sharing two bedrooms

c) General admission to Cannon Hall Farm for four (4) people for the duration of the stay

d) A one hour VIP Animal Experience at Cannon Hall Farm for the party to take part in.  Options are as follows;

• Mammal House Keeper Experience (Minimum age of 8 years)
• Meet the Shires (Minimum age of 12 years)
• Meet the Goats (Minimum age of 8 years)
• Reptile Keeper Experience (Minimum age of 8 years)
• VIP Farm Tour (Minimum age of 8 years)
• Feed the Meerkats (Minimum age of 8 years)
• Bottle feed a Lamb (Minimum age of 8 years, date restrictions may apply)

e) Gold level adoption of a Cannon Hall Farm Animal for one year which includes;

• Adoption Certificate
• Photograph of your animal, with a personalised note from the farmers
• A family day pass to visit Cannon Hall Farm (Valid for up to 4 people)
• A cuddly toy
• Email updates about your animal with video content

f) Afternoon tea for four (4) people at The White Bull Restaurant at Cannon Hall Farm

g) Supper Club which consists of either a 2 course or 3 course meal at the White Bull Restaurant with one bottle of house wine included. Please note that this is only valid on Friday evenings and excludes the month of December.

h) £1000 spending money

2) Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, the winning individual must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the cottage. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the cottage for security deposit purposes.

3) The prize must be taken before 30th September 2024 but cannot be taken on or between the following dates: 1st December 2023 to 5th January 2024. The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5. All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions.

4) Please note that Mill Spring Holiday cottage is a pet free property.

5) Booking is subject to availability. 

6) A BACS transfer for the £1000 spending money and travel costs included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed.

7) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.

8) Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for the cottage or any facilities / elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

9) It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and his/her companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

10) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

11) If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to the continuing Covid-19 pandemic and resulting Government restrictions, all winners affected will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotional dates, revised fulfilment dates or prizes.

12) Any additional charges or expenses due to COVID-19 which could include but are not limited to  quarantine hotels, COVID passports (should they become a requirement), COVID tests etc. will be the responsibility of the prize winner. 

13) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

14) An allowance towards UK travel costs will be provided to the winner only. The allowance is calculated at a set maximum of £100 per guest and will be made payable to the winner at the time of accommodation booking by the prize provider as a BACs transfer. This travel allowance will be paid to the winner up to a maximum of 4 guests / £400.  Neither Channel 5 nor the prize provider are responsible for organising travel arrangements for this prize, it will be the winners responsibility to organise this appropriately throughout their stay unless otherwise stated.
