Parking Eye are Proceeding with Court Claim - HELP!

But the OP has already filed the Defence shown above and has received the 'intend to proceed' email from DCBLegal.Coupon-mad said:
That's not based on the Template Defence. Please use the template.legolady88 said:I have posted a photo of the claim form showing Parking Eye's PoC. They just say I have breached them. I think the initial fine letter stated that "insufficient time purchased"
I am not a legal person so I wrote my defence based on the advice found on this forum

Ah OK, usual stuff then.We agree. Your defence isn't based on our Template Defence on this board, but it is a good defence.
Thanks, that's really helpful. I'm still finding all of this really confusing. Its my first time reaching out on this forum, so please be kind. I tried to make sense of all of the other posts and threads about parking eye so please forgive my ignorance if I have gone wrong. Just trying to get a little help in what to do next, I am prepared to go to hearing on this because what PE do is an injustice
Read other DCBLegal threads to see what to do next. Don't look for ParkingEye ones.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I am amazed that Parking Eye allow such a court claim when it is flawed.
DAMAGES ??? WHAT DAMAGES, this is just a made up word by DCBL so they can avoid the real meaning which is "debt recovery charge"
Most judges will not allow "debt recovery charges or 8% interest charges"
Adding fake charges goes totally against the ruling of the Supreme court ... (Parking Eye v Beavis)
At the time the charge was £85 and the court deemed that the charge was fair as it covered the cost of operating the scheme ..... The court did not rule that any further fake charges could be added. The ruling is as good today as it was then ..... All county court judges know about the Beavis case and the ruling. DCBL have added a fake amount to line their pockets.
DAMAGES ..... who else is there to collect this fake. It cannot be Parking Eye as in 2019 their poor signs never mentioned damages simply because it's DCBL who invented this
AND because the extra charge is a fake, a certain Yasmin Mia feels fit to sign a statement of truth ....
TRUTH OR DARE ???
You have already received a letter from DCBL saying their client will continue. REALLY ? This no doubt will be followed up with a letter offering a deal and when you ignore that, probably a letter saying they will discontinue
Parking Eye signs are rubbish in small print the same as
they were back in 2019
Now PE has gone to bed with DCBL, they have jumped into a pit of vipers and will either find themselves spanked by a judge or in the famous DCBL discontinuation thread
BIG CHOICES NOW FOR PARKING EYE
