Nowadays a binder is added to stop this happening. If the fill is loose the beads can pour out when you cut into the wall. If any tradesmen know this in advance, they can have some have some batts ready to stuff into the cavity as they cut into it. You always lose a certain amount, so there will be a few voids that need filling.
Loose fill tends to settle over the years, so there will probably be a few voids anyway.1 -
Excellent, Beads is the term I didn't use.
Finally is there any need. for me to arrange Walls to be checked, meanwhile Small Hole is to be repaired underneath Sink to stop Rodents.

That's not too much to lose. Voids can be cold spots in the wall, attracting condensation and mould. You can check with a thermal imaging camera, or a surface thermometer. Voids are most commonly at the top of upstairs walls, under window frames, or reveals.
Another problem with under bonded or loose beads is ants taking soil into the cavity for a nest.
The colour looks like they were bonded.1 -
I'm not sure if a Surface Thermometer is useful, if it did read Voids, I could be facing expensive buildings excess.
Mse points are valid as I'm top floor flat roof property, Single Glazed Kitchen Window only Double Glazed 2021.
I'll know over next 1-2 weeks if current Traps find anything.

Seems these .gov eco schemes prev to v4 have 25 year cavity wall insulation guarantee.
Whilst I don't expect this to lead to repair, I have raised Ciga concern and provided photo's.Replenished CRA Reports.2020 Nissan Leaf 128-149 miles top charge. Savings depleted. VM Stream tv M250 Volted to M350 then M500 since returned to 1gb0 -
