Apple lost my phone in repairs

Well they cant give you what they don't have, you're getting a replacement phone, if you don't like it sell and and use the money to get a mini. There's just no pleasing some people

They literally lost my phone and have taken weeks to accept that, it's hardly pleasing me to send me something that isn't the same model and has less value!
