Apple lost my phone in repairs

They literally lost my phone and have taken weeks to accept that, it's hardly pleasing me to send me something that isn't the same model and has less value!Robbo66 said:

I'm a bit unsure about that - we'd liked to have had a like for like replacement at the very least! Maybe I'm being awkward, but my girlfriend is awkward about big phones.
