So much for award winning customer service , they have refused to call me or investigate my case , in short they made a mistake for years and took my Elec meeter reading as 4 digits me when it should have been 5 , now ive gone from £1000 in credit to £5000 in debt

  • I’m having the similar problem and have had the same problems in the past with other utility companies. it seem it a practice some energy companies are using to scam..I recently was told I was £600 in debit as I complained about the estimated readings when I do send in actual readings. I’ve looked over past years of bills and noticed this had been going on for a while. I couldn’t understand why my bill was so high when I’m hardly using much energy. I stupidly paid as I was getting threatening letters for disconnection. They said they can only go back one year . That’s totally not fair. Now I refused to pay anymore until  sorted.
