EDF Energy Hub Not Worked For A Month

The Bright App hasn't yet updated to show the latest prices, but perhaps this is just a time lag issue in them getting data from the DCC.
Bright app gets nothing from the DCC. The DCC is nothing more than the connection provider between your supplier and your smart meter communications hub. The supplier sends out tariff changes to your meters (the ESME and the GSME) as a message. Bright App gets its tariff information from your meters. All Bright usage data also comes from your meters. There is no great DCC usage data server in the network.

You can find the tariff information in your smart meter sub-menus.dealyboy said:
Just checked thanks. The day rate has changed correctly (on IHD), the night rate should not have changed.@Swipe said:Did everyone's EDF smart meter successfully update to the new standard variable October tariff rates today?0 -
Thanks for the explanation Dolor. It was the terminology used by Bright that confused me.Dolor said:The Bright App hasn't yet updated to show the latest prices, but perhaps this is just a time lag issue in them getting data from the DCC.Bright app gets nothing from the DCC. If I look at tariff history in the Bright app, for both historic tariffs, Bright uses "fromDCC" as the NAME followed by the EFFECTIVE DATE.
They should probably use viaDCC as the NAME !!!0 -
I know, thank you Dolor@[Deleted User] said:

I had an estimate of 4 consecutive days in mid August and again in mid September (non Kraken billing system).
... and have you all checked that you have an up to date (30th Sep) meter reading on the dashboard, whether manual or auto? You have to go into 'Submit a reading' to see the latest one.@Swipe ... said:Did everyone's EDF smart meter successfully update to the new standard variable October tariff rates today?
