Make sure you close all windows before exiting the application?
If you go into Options -> General -> Start up then there is a drop down with the three options of Always Reopen, Never Reopen or Ask Me - you've got the last one selected at the moment.1 -
I don't get any options under Start up - just the words - nothing else
