    I purchased tickets and the flight was awful, toilets out of order, the televisions weren't working they ran out of drink. I wouldn't have minded if it was a short flight but when you have kids and your on a 9 hour flight its not the best way to finish a holiday.
    S75 would not cover that. You would be looking at complaining to Airline for anything.

    Yes unfortunately airline has stopped responding to my email and on the phone they are unhelpful

    What outcome were you asking or hoping for?  Based on your description, they might offer a token goodwill gesture, perhaps even in travel credit form, but no more than that....
