Thanks all, v helpful. I have chased Environmental Health for their enforcement plans and timescales today and I will also write to local councillors.

Ask for an urgent meeting, at your home or at the car park, with your local councillor. You can also contact your local paper, use social media to link up with locals who are also suffering. Form an action group. Speak with your local MP.1
