    Doesn't look like anything special, unit rate is around Oct cap and daily charge is dependent on region.  Most fixes give security of price, they will not necessarily be cheaper than sticking with the capped rates.

    I suspect you mean should you go for it, as you can of course go for any tariff they offer you.
