I’ve been I’ve been asked by my GP to provide my travel history to the tropics (Barbados) I need this because of an Illness I’m suffering from
Because I traveled more than 5 years ago there is no way of me viewing just the dates of when I traveled from the UK ( Gatwick to Grantley Adams International Airport)
I travelled there roughly 2015

Not quite sure what you're asking - is your GP expecting you to be able to prove when you travelled from definitive (but confidential) border control records, or are you just trying to establish dates on a best guess basis, or something else?
I'm not aware of any way of sourcing proof as such, but if I was looking to locate dates of previous trips, I'd be going through items such as the following:- passport stamps
- booking confirmation emails
- photo datestamps
- credit card statements
- maybe social media posts
Failing that, what's the GP going to do (or not do) differently if the best you can achieve is to say that you went in about 2015?0 -

can't imagine why they need "proof" usually enough to get a "travel history" from people ie year / length of travel / type of visit ie urban / rural / camping / hostels / hotels etc1

Why would you need to provide evidence to get a test? My son was quite ill and it turned out to be amoebic dysentery and they took our word for it where we had traveled.0

the time scales of illnesses!
if it is something acute then it matters that it was 1,2 or 3 weeks ago that you were likely to have contracted it
something 7-8 years ago, doesn't matter to any testing whether it was 2 or 10 years ago1 -
Your GP asked for details of your travel history, not PROOF of your travel history.0

Immigration at Barbados stamp your passport upon entry and on departure. Can you not check dates that way?1
