    One question, @Coupon-mad earlier in this thread you asked me to read & copy the defence by @Rorythoperr, iv not got this in my draft as i was unsure what sections i needed. Do i still need to include this and which portions should i use?

    No need.

    If you have the Chan judgment and some facts slotted into the Template Defence then you've done your own version.

    Also im due to move out on the 20th October which is in 3 days time. Should I add any comments to send any documentation to my new address, or can this be updated online?

    You must set up a Royal Mail redirect service to your new address (should have been done about a week or more before moving out) and you must instruct all the other parties to rectify their data to erase your old address and update with your new address. Words highlighted are for a reason.

    Add in comments in the EMAIL and in the SUBJECT LINE 'Claim xxxxxx' note change of Defendant's address for service'

    Copy in the solicitors Gladstones? BW?  DCBLegal?

    And set up nail redirection for six months (worth the fee in your case) or you are in extreme danger of missing a form or vital submission stage and getting a CCJ.
