One question, @Coupon-mad earlier in this thread you asked me to read & copy the defence by @Rorythoperr, iv not got this in my draft as i was unsure what sections i needed. Do i still need to include this and which portions should i use?

You must set up a Royal Mail redirect service to your new address (should have been done about a week or more before moving out) and you must instruct all the other parties to rectify their data to erase your old address and update with your new address.
