DPD Useless chat!!

Trying to track a package sent by DPD.
Thought I would try their Chat facility....

Can you have a stab at the postcode, either where you sent it or your own (if you're the recipient)?

No idea. The driver arrived with a return ticket. He peeled off the part to stick it onto the package and left me with a tracking number that can't be tracked.

Dunno if this is any help but tried using the Universal Tracking website somebody posted on here a while back and got this info - dates dont seem to match so guess its not the right info ...

Are you the sender, OP ?
If you are, did you send this parcel with an address that omitted the Postcode ?

If you're the recipient, the details you gave when ordering would have needed your postcode to finish the transaction - so use your own.  

Any couriers tracking service requires a Postcode.

The package was a return to Humax Direct. Humax arranged the collection, the DPD driver had a ticket with him. He peeled off the label at the bottom and stuck it on the package leaving me with just the tracking number.

I tried this and when I entered the number I got this, so it seems my package was delivered to Humax.
Thanks, I wasn't aware of this service.

Yeah, i think i got the numbers mixed up - just noticed in your original post you listed different numbers (last digit) - i guess a typo?

I found it to be a great little site, often gives me more info that the official courier tracking!
