I've Parkinson's and started receiving PIP about 3 years ago. My wife receives CA.. Neither of us work. I receive 2 work pensions. Are my wife and I required to pay NI? Does our receipt of PIP and CA filter down to NI? Or should we have informed NI?

Are you actually paying NI? I found it fell off my payslip quite naturally when I hit SRP age, and it's never been on my private pension - although that's always been so small an amount it wouldn't have been due anyway.Signature removed for peace of mind0

You should both check you NI records. https://www.gov.uk/check-national-insurance-record to see where you stand presently.
PIP alone doesn't give NI credits. You'd need to be claiming other benefits that might give NI credits: https://www.gov.uk/national-insurance-credits/eligibility
You may wish to purchase voluntary NI to fill any gaps before you reach SP age that will increase the pension forecast?
Carers might give your wife credits https://www.gov.uk/carers-credit
Again voluntary NI credit purchase may be required if there are gaps that need filling.0 -
