Remote CCJ hearing help

Is it correct that the skeleton should not include a statement of truth and not be signed?Yep. It's a legal arguments summary sheet. Google, find and add footnotes with URL links to all the case law. That saves you having to attach massive transcripts which will vastly increase the number of pages you are expecting the local court to print (and which they might refuse, if excessive).
And just do a short signed Supplementary WS to add a couple of small amendments.
Email the local court & copy in QDR.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

many thanks :-)
Some good news is that I have had an email confirmation from a senior associate at Workman LLP that the store was open past the restricted car park hours. Meaning that anyone who visited the TK Maxx store past 10pm and parked would have got a PCN.
I guess that I would verbally mention this, as well as inadequate signage etc at the hearing if the judge asks what my defence is.2 -
I'd send it with a supplementary WS (and your costs schedule) right now and copy in QDR. Do a short statement pointing out that this means there was no breach 'parking out of hours' and no cause of action at all, and say at the end that you have incurred costs and (in case QDR try) the Defendant will not sign a consent order unless the Claimant pays the attached costs in full.Include your loss of a day's leave for the hearing, at least £95 as set by the CPRs.PRIVATE 'PCN'? I had the hearing this afternoon, the claimant didn't turn up as it was not worth their cost.
The judge set it aside, dismissed the claim and ordered my application fees back.
Yay!

It was a very quick 10 minute hearing and the judge quizzed me on what my defence would be and why the DVLA address could not be used. I think they knew the answers, but wanted to check my understanding. I also had to make the point of asking for my costs.
Many thanks for all the help on this thread and many others!
Is there anything else to be done? Does the CCJ get automatically wiped and should I contact ukpc (or qdr?) for payment?

Yay! A complete win, well done!
I am pleased you were able to explain why they can't just run with a DVLA address (many posters would have struggled with that).
Yes the CCJ will be automatically removed within a month(ish). And yes you could proudly fire off an email to QDR with your bank details to make full payment of your costs.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
