Is it possible to merge/sync 1 Gmail account & 2nd google and 3rd google ?

I was wondering if there is a way to merge/sync google accounts)1-3 Google, contacts, calendar, accounts etc etc..

I have 2 Google accounts, one for personal use and one for work. I have both accounts on my phone and everything is connected so yes they can be merged / synced to a point. 
There are plenty of tutorials or videos online or just ask specifically what apps you need help with.

In what way are they merged?

All the Google apps either show both at the same time or I can swipe between the accounts, e.g. Gmail I can see All Inboxes and it merges them.

That's not merging them though is it? Merging and syncing would mean that for example, all contact were in both account A and account B. Adding a contact to account B would also add it to Account A.

What you are doing is seeing all emails ozone screen.

Which email app are you using, as the Android Gmail app requires you to switch between accounts by either touching or swiping top right where the account Avatar is.
