According to companies house it's a one man band and incorporated in May 2023.

I had friends from high school who tried to enlist me in a pyramid scheme.  i don't think they realised that's what it was but despite all the legislation these things are still popping up and people buy in.  First few layers might come out ahead but it's all an illusion and any later investors are sure to lose most everything they put in.
