HSBC Refund of Interest on a balance transfer offer

in Credit cards
I have received a letter from HSBC regarding an apparent refund of overpaid interest on a balance transfer on a John Lewis Credit Card between 2016 and 2020. I returned the letter in reply paid envelope. No money received and all attempts to contact HSBC lead me absolutely nowhere. Does anyone have a good contact address for complaints as phone calls lead me to off shore call centres with someone suggesting that I call M & S Bank ! I assume that these payments are part of their redress scheme. Grateful for any help here

More information needed.
What did the letter say? You say 'apparent' refund - how apparent? Definite? Likely? Possible? Unlikely?
How long ago was it?
What was the letter you returned to them and why?0 -
Letter from HSBC identifying me as a customer having paid additional interest during a balance transfer offer on JL credit card 2016 - 2020 via Business Review Centre Letter stated that they would be making payment to me - asked to complete the instruction form and return in pre paid envelope which I duly did. I have yet to receive the stated payment and have no phone number for the review centre at Bristol0

Will take them a while to process them if they are looking at a period of 4 years. That is going to be a lot of customers.Life in the slow lane0
