There used to be a blue file as an option when I wanted to save a downloaded ticket. It has gone as an option. Does anyone know how to get it back. I use an iPhone.
Thank you
Thank you

Select the attachment in the email, then click the share button - take the option "copy to files".
Kind Regards,

Which mail client? Apple Mail or another one?
Which version of iOS?
If its a PDF etc and therefore its showing the content in the email rather than a file icon then you just long press it and click either "Save to Files" if you want to use Apple's File application or Share and then Dropbox or whatever your preferred file storage is
If its a traditional attachment then there is a blue square with an arrow pointing in it at the end of the file name which when pressed gives you the choices of where to save to0 -

No, the save to file option is not there...the frustrating thing it used to be and I can see the blue file box so that is still there...If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid0 -
Just to check we're talking about the same thing.
You've received a ticket via email and you want to save it to Files on your iPhone?
If so, what document type is the ticket (PDF, DOC etc)?
Is it an attachment or is it embedded in the email.
Which iPhone do you have and what version of iOS?
Are you using the Apple Mail app?
Who is your email provider?
Sorry for all the questions but it will help us help you0 -
