Omaze UK Limited (Omaze) offers an alternative means of entering into Prize Draws. The process for using this alternative means of entry is described in detail below. Just like the paid method of entering into a Prize Draw, this alternative method requires you to accept all our terms and conditions, including the Official Rules and Experience Rules for the applicable Prize Draw, which can be found here, our Terms of Use and Privacy Notice. A maximum of one entry can be made per postcard or envelope received. There is no limit to the number of entries that may be made this way. 

For valid entries into all Omaze Prize Draws (other than Subscriber-Only Flash Draws), once a postal entry has been processed it will be entered into the next available draw and all subsequent draws other than Subscriber-Only Flash Draws until the final Grand Prize drawing. For the avoidance of any doubt, if Omaze had a Prize Draw for a Million Pound House in the Cotswolds, for example, and the postcard stated that the entrant would like to enter the Omaze Million Pound House Draw - Cotswolds, and that entrant had written their details as described above, then just as with any one paid entry, this postcard would count for one entry into each applicable Early Bird Prize Draw and associated Gift Card Prize Draw, and one entry into the Grand Prize Draw for a chance to win the Million Pound House in the Cotswolds but would not count for entry into any Subscriber-Only Flash Draw. 

For valid entries into all Subscriber-Only Flash Draws, once a postal entry has been processed it will be entered into the relevant Subscriber-Only Flash Draw as identified on the postal entry.

Postal entries are treated in exactly the same way as paid entries for the purposes of determining a winner. However, there is a difference in the deadlines for entries. All of our draws (Subscriber-Only Flash Draws, Early Bird Prize Draws, Gift Card Prize Draws & Grand Prize Draws) close at 23:59:59 pm (GMT or BST, as applicable) on the online entry close date specified in the Experience Rules. The corresponding cut-off for postal entries will be that they are received and processed before 5:00pm (GMT or BST, as applicable) on the last date of the respective postal entry period for the Prize Draw (see the applicable Experience Rules here for dates). Postal entries have an equal chance of winning as any one paid entry. If a postal entry wins a prize there will be no further purchase or payment necessary to be notified of the win or to receive the prize. If the above steps are not followed as described then a postal entry will be invalid. You will not be notified if your entry is invalid.

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW AND WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION IN RELATION TO AN ENTRY WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. RESIDENTS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM EXCLUDED. Capitalised terms used and not defined in this section have the respective meanings assigned to them in the Official Rules.

1. Winners:

One (1) grand prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) in connection with the Grand-Prize Prize Draw (as defined in Section 5(A) of the Official Rules, and further described herein). 

Up to ten thousand and one (10,001) secondary prize winners (each a “Secondary Prize Winner” and collectively the “Secondary Prize Winners”) in connection with the Secondary Prize Draws (as defined in Section 5(B) of the Official Rules, and further described herein).

One (1) subscriber-only prize winner (the “Subscriber Prize Winner”) in connection with the Subscriber-Only Flash Draw (as defined in Section 5(C) of the Official Rules, and further described herein). 

The Grand Prize Winner, the Secondary Prize Winners and the Subscriber Prize Winner shall hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Winner” and collectively as the “Winners.”

The Grand Prize Winner, Secondary Prize Winners and Subscriber Prize Winner may be eligible to win multiple Prizes in this Prize Draw. For example, a Winner could win the Grand Prize and any other Secondary Prize and/or a Winner could win multiple Secondary Prizes (See Section 10, below for Prize details and descriptions). In addition, notwithstanding anything contained in Section 4(A)(i) of the Official Rules to the contrary, individuals who have won any other grand prize in a Grand-Prize Prize Draw at Omaze.co.uk within eighteen (18) months before the date of entry into this Prize Draw may be eligible to enter or win any Prize in this Prize Draw, even if such individual won a grand prize in a Grand-Prize Prize Draw at Omaze.co.uk. The Grand Prize Winner will also be eligible to win any other prize of any other Prize Draw at Omaze.co.uk, and solely for the Prize Draws on the Omaze.co.uk site, the eighteen (18) month prohibition provided in Section 4(A)(i) of the Official Rules shall not be applicable to the Grand Prize Winner of this Prize Draw for other Prize Draws on Omaze.co.uk.

4. Deadline to Enter / Entry Period: 

This Prize Draw includes a Grand-Prize Prize Draw, various Secondary Prize Draws and a Subscriber-Only Flash Draw, which will be conducted by various prize draws (each a “Drawing”) for the prizes (each a “Prize”) identified in Tables 1, 2 and 3, below. The Grand-Prize Prize Draw shall be conducted as one (1) Drawing with an entry period for one (1) Prize identified in Table 1, below (the “Grand Prize Entry Period”). The Secondary Prize Draws shall include the following: (a) Early Bird Prize Draws, (b) Big Dreamer Gift Card Prizes Draws, (c) World Changer Gift Card Prizes Draws and (d) any other Secondary Prize Draw detailed within Table 2, below. The Secondary Prize Draws shall be conducted as three (3) Drawings with entry periods for ten thousand and one (10,001) Prizes identified in Table 2, below (each a “Secondary Prize Entry Period”). The Subscriber-Only Flash Draw shall be conducted as one (1) Drawing with an entry period for one (1) Prize identified in Table 3, below (the “Subscriber Prize Entry Period”). The Grand Prize Entry Period, the Secondary Prize Entry Periods and the Subscriber Prize Entry Period detailed in Tables 1, 2 and 3 below will each end at 23:59:59 (GMT or BST, as applicable) on the last date of the respective Entry Period for online entries and at 17:00:00 (GMT or BST, as applicable) on the last date of the respective Entry Period for postal entries. Promoter may add additional Secondary Prizes within the Secondary Prize Draws from time-to-time (each an “Additional Secondary Prize”). Each Additional Secondary Prize will have a separate Secondary Prize Entry Period (which will include extended periods to allow for postal entries) with a separate Drawing. The prize descriptions, any applicable restrictions, and the Secondary Prize Entry Period for each Additional Secondary Prize will be clearly publicised on the marketing materials for each such Additional Secondary Prize.  Any eligible Participant who entered the Grand-Prize Prize Draw during the applicable Entry Period for an Additional Secondary Prize, will automatically be entered for the chance to win the applicable Additional Secondary Prize.

To enter the Subscriber-Only Flash Draw in this Prize Draw, individuals must enter the Subscriber-Only Flash Draw during the Subscriber Prize Entry Period identified in Table 3, above, using any method of entry, and subject to any eligibility requirements set forth in these Experience Rules and the Official Rules.

6. Entry Limit:

There is no entry limit for UK residents in this Prize Draw, regardless of the method of entry. There is no cumulative maximum number of entries that any one person may obtain (the “Entry Limit”). However, in respect of the Paid Method of Entry only, Promoter reserves the right at any time to (i) introduce an Entry Limit; and/or (ii) limit the amount that any Participant may spend (whether in aggregate, on a particular Prize Draw, or via a particular payment method) in a defined period or otherwise. There shall be no such Entry Limit in respect of the postal method of entry. If Participant exceeds an applicable Entry Limit for a Prize Draw, all entries in excess of the Entry Limit will be void and ineligible to win.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period. 

7. Potential Winner Notifications, Confirmation & Verification Process: 

On or after the applicable Draw Date specified in Section 4, above, Potential Winner(s) (as defined in Section 8 of the Official Rules) will be selected for each Drawing using a verifiably random process from all eligible entries received. Potential Winner(s) for the Grand-Prize Prize Draw and Early Bird Prize Draws will be notified via email and must respond within 96 hours of the Potential Winner notification email being sent, in accordance with the terms and deadlines stated in the Official Rules. Potential Winner(s) for the Big Dreamer Gift Card Prizes Drawings and the World Changer Gift Card Prizes Drawings will be notified via email and must accept their Prize within forty five (45) days of the Potential Winner notification email being sent. Potential Winner(s) for the Subscriber-Only Flash Draw will be notified via email and must respond within 96 hours of the Potential Winner notification email being sent, in accordance with the terms and deadlines stated in the Official Rules. Potential Winners are subject to confirmation and verification by Omaze in accordance with the terms and restrictions stated in the Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during an applicable Entry Period.

8. Winner Announced:
Winners will be announced by Omaze on or after the Friday following the relevant Draw Date specified in Section 4, above, or after a Winner is confirmed, whichever occurs later. 

9. Prize Provider: 

Omaze, including any of its affiliates, and any other prize provider expressly named herein (each a "Prize Provider").

10. Prize Details:

The following Prizes will be awarded in connection with the Drawings as outlined in the Drawing schedules in Section 4, above. Except as explicitly stated herein, all Prizes are awarded as is, without any representations or warranties. Unless noted in the Prize details in this Section 10, Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, costs, and fees associated with Prize receipt, ownership, and/or use. To accept the Prizes, Winners must accurately complete and timely return all documentation required by the Prize Provider, and failure to complete and timely return any required documentation within a reasonable time, or such other time period expressly provided by Prize Provider in writing, may result in disqualification.

1. Grand-Prize Prize Draw - Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner will receive (i) the home advertised and described on the Prize Draw webpage here, which is located in Scotland (the “Property”) (approximate retail value (“ARV”): £3,750,000.00 GBP); (ii) the Property’s home furnishings (ARV: £160,000.00 GBP); and (iii) £100,000.00 GBP for settling in and initial maintenance and running costs associated with the Property ((i) - (iii) collectively the “Grand Prize”). Actual value of the Property depends on market fluctuations. Omaze will settle the following taxes and costs incurred by the Grand Prize Winner in relation to their acceptance of the Grand Prize: stamp duty land tax and any reasonable and necessary direct costs incurred to complete the transfer of the Grand Prize to the Grand Prize Winner, such as reasonable conveyancers fees, which have been pre-approved in writing by Promoter. Any other taxes, costs, and fees associated with the Grand Prize will be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. 
   
   The specifics of any Grand Prize elements not expressly described on the Prize Draw webpage or in this Section 10(a) may be determined by Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion. The Grand Prize will be awarded as-is and may be subject to certain rights, covenants, and restrictions related to the estate’s title, including, without limitation, (i) a restriction in the title conditions providing that the owner is deemed to accept that the Property lies in close proximity to a golf course, and so accepts the risk posed by any stray balls landing within the Property and that no claim can be made against the owners of the golf course in this regard; and (ii) a condition that only up to 3 cats or dogs are permitted to be kept at the Property and no other animals are permitted. The Grand Prize cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. The Promoter reserves the sole right at any time to substitute all or part of the Grand Prize with a prize of comparable or greater value, including a cash amount equal to the sum of the ARV of the Property, the home furnishings, and the running costs, in each case stated above (“Cash Equivalent”). The awarding of the Cash Equivalent instead of the Grand Prize shall be at the sole discretion of Promoter. The Grand Prize Winner shall not be permitted to elect to choose the Cash Equivalent over the Grand Prize for any reason. The Grand Prize Winner must cooperate with the Promoter in relation to the completion and registration of the title transfer of the Grand Prize and agrees to use reasonable efforts to complete that registration and title transfer within ninety (90) days from the date of acceptance of the Grand Prize. 
   
   
2. Secondary Prize Draw Prizes
   
   
   1. Early Bird Prize
   1. Early Bird Prize 1: The following Secondary Prize shall be awarded to one (1) Secondary Prize Winner: one (1) 2024 model year Porsche Macan (ARV £87,428.00 GBP).
      
      
   2. Big Dreamer Gift Card Prizes: Up to five thousand (5,000)Secondary Prize Winners shall be awarded a £10.00 GBP gift card to a third-party vendor selected by Winner from a list of third-party vendors provided by Omaze at the time of Winner's acceptance of the gift card prize (each a “Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize"). For clarity, a Participant is eligible to receive more than one (1) Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize in the Big Dreamer Gift Card Prizes Drawing(s). For example, if a Participant obtains fifteen (15) eligible entries in the “Big Dreamer Gift Card Prizes - Drawing 1” and two (2) of those eligible entries are selected as winning entries in the Drawing, then the Participant may be eligible to receive either: (a) two (2) £10.00 GBP gift cards, or (b) one (1) £20.00 GBP gift card.
      
      Each Winner of a Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize will receive their Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize via email at the valid email address provided by a Participant when entering the Grand-Prize Prize Draw. UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTIFIED BY OMAZE IN THAT COMMUNICATION, EACH WORLD CHANGER GIFT CARD PRIZE WINNER MUST ACCEPT AND ACCESS THE WORLD CHANGER GIFT CARD PRIZE VIA THEIR OMAZE.CO.UK ACCOUNT. IF A WINNER DOES NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT, THE WINNER MUST CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO ACCEPT AND ACCESS THE WORLD CHANGER GIFT CARD PRIZE. Once the email notification is sent to a Winner of a Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize with a link to accept and redeem the Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize, the Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize shall be deemed delivered and fulfilled. Promoter is not responsible for any electronic, software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties with respect to delivery of the Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize via email. Each Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize Winner must accept their Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize within forty five (45) days of the notification email being sent. If a Winner of a Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize does not accept the Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize within forty five (45) days of the notification email being sent, then the Winner will be deemed to have forfeited any claim to the Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize and will not be entitled to any alternate prizes or compensation of any kind. In such instances, Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award the Big Dreamer Gift Card Prize to an alternate Winner selected by a verifiably random process from all remaining eligible entries.
   3. World Changer Gift Card Prizes: Up to five thousand (5,000)Secondary Prize Winners shall be awarded a £10.00 GBP gift card to a third-party vendor selected by Winner from a list of third-party vendors provided by Omaze at the time of Winner's acceptance of the World Changer gift card prize (each a “World Changer Gift Card Prize”).
      
      For clarity, a Participant is eligible to receive more than one (1) World Changer Gift Card Prize in the World Changer Gift Card Prize Drawings. For example, if a Participant obtains fifteen (15) eligible entries in the “World Changer Gift Card Prizes - Drawing 1” and two (2) of those eligible entries are selected as winning entries in the Drawing, then the Participant may be eligible to receive either: (a) two (2) £10.00 GBP gift cards, or (b) one (1) £20.00 GBP gift card.
      
      Each Winner of a World Changer Gift Card Prize will receive their World Changer Gift Card Prize via email at the valid email address provided by a Participant when entering the Grand-Prize Prize Draw. UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTIFIED BY OMAZE IN THAT COMMUNICATION, EACH WORLD CHANGER GIFT CARD PRIZE WINNER MUST ACCEPT AND ACCESS THE WORLD CHANGER GIFT CARD PRIZE VIA THEIR OMAZE.CO.UK ACCOUNT. IF A WINNER DOES NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT, THE WINNER MUST CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO ACCEPT AND ACCESS THE WORLD CHANGER GIFT CARD PRIZE. Once the email notification is sent to a Winner of a World Changer Gift Card Prize with a link to accept and redeem the World Changer Gift Card Prize, the World Changer Gift Card Prize shall be deemed delivered and fulfilled. Promoter is not responsible for any electronic, software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties with respect to delivery of the World Changer Gift Card Prize via email. Each World Changer Gift Card Prize Winner must accept their World Changer Gift Card Prize within forty five (45) days of the notification email being sent. If a Winner of a World Changer Gift Card Prize does not accept the World Changer Gift Card Prize within forty five (45) days of the notification email being sent, then the Winner will be deemed to have forfeited any claim to the World Changer Gift Card Prize and will not be entitled to any alternate prizes or compensation of any kind. In such instances, Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award the World Changer Gift Card Prize to an alternate Winner selected by a verifiably random process from all remaining eligible entries.
      
      
3. Subscriber-Only Flash Draw - Subscriber Prize: The Subscriber Prize Winner will receive: Fifty Thousand GBP (£50,000.00) in cash payment.

Where does your Entry Fee go?

If you make a monetary payment to us to enter the Prize Draw (an “Entry Fee”), Omaze will donate at least 80% of the Net Proceeds to the applicable Charity (each a “Donation”) with a guaranteed minimum Donation of £100,000 irrespective of sales. “Net Proceeds” means 100% of your Entry Fee, minus the costs associated with providing the Prizes, and the reasonable costs of marketing and operating the Prize Draw. Omaze does not deduct its personnel salaries or central overheads from the Donations. In relation to the Million Pound House Draw - Scotland Prize Draw, all Donations will be passed on to Breast Cancer Now, a registered charity in England and Wales (1160558), in Scotland (SC045584) and in the Isle of Mann (1200) (“Charity”) as outlined in these Experience Rules.
