Wowcher - help to get a bank refund for a faulty product

I bought a piece of furniture on Wowcher. The item was faulty (missing all four legs and screws). I requested a refund from the merchant and was told the amount of the item was refunded to my 'Wowcher' wallet, but they didn't return the postage. How do you get this cost refunded?
Next I cannot work out how to get my money from the 'wallet' back to my bank account. Can this be done? Is there a customer service number or phone number I can call as I cannot seem to find anything except the Whatsap chat and that is just a bot replying. I'm finding this very stressful as I'm on a fixed income during maternity leave.
Any advice gladly received.

No idea on the first point, it will depend on who your contract is with. Wowcher, or the supplier?
As for the second point, I suspect the answer is that you can't. You can try, but as I understand it, your original purchase was vouchers/credit, with which the item was purchased. Once you have the refund (and you should have the postage refunded) you are back in the correct position, i.e. with wowcher credit.0 -

Might have been easier to get the parts sent out.
As it was a Wowcher credit. You can't get it back to your bank account. As per a previous thread. You either have 3 or 6 months to spend the credit or it is lost for good..Life in the slow lane0
