The problem with TattiLashes

No idea where to put this so just sticking it here. For probably a year now, Tatti Lashes and I'm assuming its the one I found online, appear to have registered their deliveries to, I assume the owners or manager, my mobile number. So I get their "Parcel is on its way messages", because one time I got their full address from this, I now have the ability to cancel the delivery or redirect it elsewhere. Because I'm NOT an ahole, I've never done this but its getting annoying now. I see them accepting the packages at their door. Do they not care? I've e-mailed them direct and they asked for the number affected. I told them I wouldn't say but gave them the pictures as proof. I said all you have to do is look for the address your packages are going to and remove the number from that address. They claim they found it and removed it, nope happened again. I e-mail them again, same "We've found it and removed it", no you haven't because yet again today I got another one.
Next time I will start just cancelling their deliveries until they fully remove my number!

They won't remove your number because as as far as they're concerned, it's not your number.
It's a number one of their customers gave them and they won't allow a stranger to change that customer's details.
You're at liberty to be an a-hole and cancel the customers orders but it won't stop the tests until the customer updates their details.

I'm assuming the texts come from the same number each time so can you block it? It's frustrating, I've had several people use my email address over the years. Mine is like joebloggs@gmail.com but theirs should usually be something like joebloggs123@gmail.com.0

I just find it odd that they aren't noticing they aren't getting delivery warnings and then the photos of them answering the door, which I now have a gallery of.
Never mind, their parcels are now going to a "safe space" or to the neighbour, a CNC shop several doors away.0 -
