PayPal Resolution 'Query'

Options
Good afternoon all. I need to raise a dispute through PayPal credit for an item I have returned which I am yet to receive a refund for. The only issue is that PayPal register a 'query' on my credit file if I do this. Does anyone have any experience of this as I am concerned doing this will cause issues with my credit file (which is in great shape). Thanks in advance.

Thanks. My concern was raised as they quote:

"If there’s a case filed on a PayPal Credit transaction, we’re required to report a ‘Query’ to the Credit Reference Agencies at the time of reporting the status of your PayPal Credit account. This ‘query’ marker will stay on your credit file for the time the case remains under review and after the case is resolved."
