Lloyds Credit Card Complaint Email

in Credit cards
Long story, I had 3 fraudulent transactions on my card last week whilst on holiday. The advisor told me to destroy my card which I did and then transpired it was my wifes that had been used. Anyway new cards came by the time we got home but this week the transactions have appeared again due to the fact that the advisor didn't cancel the recurring transactions, so again I'm having to destroy them and wait for new cards.
Trying to find an email address is a bit of a nightmare and todays advisor has told me I need to ring in with my complaint, which for my benefit won't have an audit trail.
So does anyone have a valid email address please?

You can message them through the app.1

It gets worse, I've just logged on to the app and my account has gone. App says I don't have any accounts!0

phone calls are very likely to be recorded so there will be a trail0

https://www.lloydsbank.com/contact-us/how-to-complain.htmlAbout half way down the page, under other ways to complain, there is an online form you can fill out.
There is no email option0 -
email is a unsecure method of communication & they have no way of knowing if you are the account holder or not. One would hope that people are not daft enough to put anything in there that would allow this anyway.
Failure to log a complaint is a big no no as far as FOS goes & will get a bigger stick used than anything else.
If transaction have been debited, there is nothing they can do, they will be refunded if you think they are fraud. But if they are genuine (which it sounds like as CPA) they will be passed over to the new account.
CC accounts will disappear from the app as a new account is created. So should come up next day.
I hope your Mrs has cancelled the CPA with the retailers. As reporting as fraud. Can see retailer reporting back to CC with customer details & they will be passed back to be paid.
Unless they have been cancelled prior to debit.Life in the slow lane1
