Euro car Parks - never receivied letter with POPLA code

Hello,
I've received correspondence from Euro car parks that my time appeal for POPLA is now up. They've included a copy of the letter they supposedly sent me on 17/07/2023 that rejected my appeal and included a POPLA code - but this is the first I've seen it! I was waiting to appeal to POPLA
Can't find any copy of it in my email and got nothing by post. What recourse do I have they say they don't accept responsibility for not getting letters.

Put a complaint in using their complaints policy and then (if they fob you off) escalate the complaint to aos@britishparking.co.uk
Meanwhile - because appeal is not how to get these cancelled and is only in the NEWBIES thread as a fallback 'PLAN B' - what happened re you escalating the far more important PLAN A (complaint to the landowner)?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
