Hi I have recently obtained a quote from safe style windows for a upvc front door
2965.14 but with discount 1770 if I pay 200 upfront and pay in 12 months. I’m aware of bad reviews on this company and I’m just asking for advice

How good do you think they are that they're offering you over £1200 off if you buy now? I paid £1100 for 2 brand new UPVC doors from a local independent company, I would advise trying local companies.1

£600-800 would be a far more reasonable price for a basic uPVC door including fitting. Get quotes from local installers.
Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –
