How do you get rid of bed bugs that hide in the seams of mattresses during the day and come out at night when you are asleep in your bed ?

Buy a new mattress. Wash EVERYTHING at at least 60 degrees and tumble dry. Vacuum repeatedly everywhere near the bed getting into all the nooks and crannies then empty the vacuum cleaner after each vacuuming session.30+ years working in banking3

There are anti bug mattress protector zip the whole mattress.
I don't know if that work.
Something like this1 -
With great difficulty, as they will hide anywhere in the room. It's the sort of thing where you need professionals. typically, they would put in an industrial-size heater and heat the entire room to 60C for several hours. Anything that can't take that heat would be bagged up and frozen solid instead. If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.2 -
You can do it yourself but you have to be absolutely relentless.
Buy a couple of cans of proper bed bug spray as you're going to need to give it more than one treatment.
Wash your bedding on a hot wash and tumble dry it.
Vacuum your mattress. Vacuum the floor and get into the crevices and do this regularly.
Apparently they don't like heat, which is why tumble drying the bedding works. So you could try ironing or using the blow dryer on the mattress.
Clear anything near to your bed so that there's nothing for them to hide in. They like anything wooden. They can travel a fair distance - they don't just stay near the bed.
When you've cleared everything and you're ready to spray you need to do the skirting boards near your bed, the bed frame itself, particularly any nooks and crannies, and any wooden furniture (obviously check the spray can to make sure you won't do any damage).
I'd sleep in another room while you're doing this as the spray stinks and you shouldn't be inhaling it.
It can take a couple of weeks of doing this to be rid of them. It's hard work and it's depressing. You need to be checking for them every day until you're sure they've gone.
Good luck.2 -
Get rid of the bed, furniture, carpet, curtains, wallpaper, skirting boards, and electrical sockets / switches and fittings and replace.I’m not exaggerating - I’m a former pest control advisor. https://tenor.com/VDto.gif2

When I've had this in property I've let furnished I've bought a new bed, pillows & linen. Had the carpet professionally cleaned and carefully dusted and hoovered everything in the room. There is no easy answer or short cut......it's best to avoid them in the first place.. In our own house we air the bed every day with quilts pulled back. Beds are not made until shortly before midday and clean linen every week.1
