Things don't (generally) formally get amended the moment the government announces a change in policy, so no, I wouldn't expect any detail for some time to come (and that's assuming there isn't another change of mind...).0

Couldn't find any information about whether they will be extended now that the new combustion engine ban has - predictably - been kicked down the road.

I suspect EV grants are more likely to be curtailed than extended.
EV proportion of new car registrations is increasing so the justification for the grants is diminishing.
The Budget is along in a few weeks so I suspect if there is any change to EV grants that would be when it is announced.0
