PIP who to get in touch with to ensure they have the extra evidence ?

I did an online first time PIP application for my partner and we have an assessment booked for him.( It is face to face but I shall be trying to alter it to a phone appt) Now I want to check they have the 30 plus pages of evidence, I included as a pdf's who would be the best to call to check ? Would it be PIP or the Capita assessment place? I want peace of mind they have them. Thanks
