Can't find Customer Service Messages in the App

On my Starling home page at the top right there is a red notification circle with a number "2" in it, which I presume are messages / notifications.  So I've been in absolutely every option inn the app trying to find and open these messages / notifications.  The closest I can find is Main>Notification History where I can see the following "You have a new Customer Services message. Please open your starling app to view it" which kind of takes me full circle as I can't find where in the app I can see the message?

ps. I have googled to try and find guidance, which took me to this community where someone else had asked the same question 2 days ago but they didn't seem to get an answer
