you received one of these recently, just to clarify something which I
have written to the survey company about, unless you paid EVRi to
deliver something, you are NOT the customer. The retailer/seller is
EVRi's customer. LEGALLY if you have a problem with a delivery it is the
retailer/seller's responsibility to resolve it, not yours. Remember you were not the person who chose EVRi to deliver your parcel, that was also the retailer/seller. Also which
is not clear on the feedback request is that the company doing the
survey is based in a America and there is no mention of what they do with the data they collect. It is up to you whether you complete it or not, but now you can make an informed decision
Maybe they are looking for feedback on the delivery people. Which is a bit pointless asking the company that sent the product out. Far better to ask the person that received it.
