Defence review - not parking wholly in bay

Don't forget that defence is not your only job and there will be other items needing your attention; see this section in the second post of the NEWBIE sticky: -Defence is NOT your only job, nor the only paperwork! There are some links there for how to complete the DQ. Also worth a read is the template defence thread where there is a 12-step guide to the process.
There will be:
(a) Directions Questionnaire (N180) stage - an easy form.
(b) Witness Statement & evidence and costs assessment stage.
(c) A hearing at your local court. It could be a video or telephone Hearing.1 -
Have now received the N180 and will follow the instructions as per the guide
(https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5546325/court-claim-procedure-updated-october-2016/p1)
Can I email the completed N180 to both the court and and the PPC solicitors or does it have to be a hard copy by post?

From where have you received the N180? Nothing by post where email correspondence is available. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
