Flight bought via Kiwi.com cancelled and no response - what is my best route to get my money back?

Hi all,
I had a flight cancelled on that day when airtraffic control went down in the UK. I bought a Vueling flight via Kiwi.com. I initiated a refund on the day (August 28) and so far all I get to my messages from Kiwi are automated response. 

1) What is a reasonable amount of time to give them to refund me?
2) If I am getting nothing back in response from them, what is my best course of action? Section 75, chargeback, or something else?

might be worth checking with Vueling that they have had the refund request from kiwi and if they can confirm if they have actioned...kiwi won't refund you until they get the money back from the airline so unless you confirm they have the money they could keep fobbing you off with "we're waiting on the airline to refund"

Don't contact them for 2 weeks, then call your bank.

Apologies for meandering off topic a bit - but whenever the word Kiwi and airlines or flights are mentioned I'm automatically remined of Billy Connolly's observations when he first went "Down Under" on a concert tour many years ago.

He was scheduled to fly some legs with Kiwi Airlines .......unaware at first that Kiwi's couldn't fly.......you can imagine his subsequent comments on stage !!!
